Returns

Non-Refundable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy above.
